The 2016 Team.

Behind the work of the El Salvador Project is a team of students of Imperial College London, based in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering. We work in collaboration with the UK registered charity Engage For Development and the local NGO based in El Salvador, REDES, to deliver our projects.

Team Selection

The team is selected at the beginning of each year. Students wishing to take part in the project must be members of the Imperial College Union and are asked to apply with a personal statement. Interviews are then conducted and the team is selected by the team leader, in collaboration with previous leaders and members of the committee. Applications are now closed but will be re-opened in October for students wishing to be part of the 2018 expedition team.
